AI Chief: an AI sales assistant for global e-commerce
A widget that turns any storefront into a sales assistant — vector search over your own catalog, answers in the customer language, and one line of code to install.

AI Chief started from a boring observation: most online stores answer questions worse than the person who used to stand behind the counter. The catalog is there, the policies are there, but nothing connects them to what the shopper actually asked.
What the assistant does
It reads your product catalog and your documents, and answers from both. Not a scripted bot: a customer can ask for a gaming laptop for a student, or a family car under thirty thousand, and get items from your own inventory rather than a link to search results.

Everything a merchant uploads is vectorized on the way in. That is what makes the difference between a chatbot that repeats an FAQ and an assistant that understands what is on the shelf today.

Installing it takes one line
Copy a line of JavaScript into the page, the same way you would add a chat widget. The assistant is live in about five minutes, works on Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento, and does not fight with the theme because it renders inside a shadow root.
What we measure
Conversion from assisted sessions, share of questions resolved without a human, and how often the recommended item ends up in the cart. Those three numbers decide whether the assistant earns its place, and they are visible to the merchant from day one.
